How to relax your body and mind after training.

Relaxation of your body and mind is very important to avoid injuries and keep your mind and body healthy. Here is what you can do:

1. Before going to bed, turn on some meditation music and keep the lights low to encourage your mind to start winding down for sleep. There are many meditation apps you can use or you can find free videos on YouTube.

2. Take a yoga mat or a towel and do simple stretches while listening to meditation music.

3. After you’ve finished stretching, lie down flat on your back, close your eyes and do deep breathing for 10 min.

After that, you should feel relaxed and ready to go to bed.
